Judicial/Court Holidays

According to California Rules of Court, Rule 1.11, if a court holiday listed in the Code of Civil Procedure Section 135 is on a Sunday, the courts will observe the holiday on the following Monday. If the holiday is on a Saturday, the courts will observe it on the Friday before. (See CCP 135, CRC 1.11, and GC 6700-6710)
